Feathers, and Crystals, and Pearls, Oh My!

They say the devil is in the details. Well we think the fun is in the details and that was especially true for this set of bouquets for our bride, Thao. She wanted something really “girly” and since she had already chosen a pink colour scheme, we decided to run with it, creating bouquets with various shades of pink and added crystals, pearls and feathers as embellishments.

For her bridal bouquet we used a base of ivory hydrangea and loaded it with tons of roses and spray roses in shades of pink. Topped off with blush calla lilies this bouquet was the epitome of “girly”. Next we added a collar of white ostrich feathers and crystal and pearl pins inserted into the centers of all of the roses.  Finally the bouquet was wrapped with rhinestone ribbon to give that final glamorous touch!

The bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets of the same hydrangea, roses and spray roses with the addition of white freesia. Pearl pins were added to the centers of the roses and the bouquets were tied with ivory satin ribbon with a little bow detail.

All together the flowers fit the girlie theme perfectly and the girls all looked fantastic. Best wishes to the happy couple on a long and happy marriage!
