Blush, Gold & Silver at The Manor

When we met with bride Raquel to discuss flowers for her May wedding at The Manor, she struck us immediately as an easy going bride who, while she knew what she wanted, didn’t want to go over the top. Opting for simple elegance with an emphasis on pretty textures and a soft colour palette we went to work designing her flowers with that in mind.

For the bridal bouquet we combined a flower that Raquel immediately fell in love with, white commercial mums, with lots of roses, spray roses, lisianthis & calla lilies in tones of white and blush pink. The handle got a blush pink satin ribbon wrap with crystal detailing for a subtle touch of sparkle.

The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet also wrapped with satin ribbon.

Boutonnieres for the men were a fluttery white lisianthis bloom with bud detailing. Such a soft and pretty looking flower!

A fresh floral crown of white spray roses and pink rose buds was crafted for the flower girl.

The reception room at The Manor has an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows giving guests beautiful views of the picturesque grounds. The room was light filled and airy with the crisp white linens and gold chilvari chairs. Centerpieces, crafted in a silver mercury pedestal vase, contained fluffy hydrangea, blush roses & spray roses and full white commercial mums. The result was a very elegant and pretty room that highlighted the venue’s beauty.

Best of luck to the happy couple on a long a happy marriage together. We were so happy you were thrilled with your flowers and helped us kick off the now nicer wedding season weather!
